    The 6-hour rental covers your official event time. We only host one event per day, which means we’re flexible with early access for decorating, vendor setup, or pre-event photos.

    Exact times can be coordinated with your dedicated venue cordinator to ensure a smooth day-of timeline.

    Event Guidelines & Payment Info:

    • Events must end by 12:00 AM

    • A booking deposit and signed rental agreement are required to secure your date

    • Final guest count is due 14 days prior to your event

    • Final payment is due 5–7 days before your event

    • Decorating time and access must be coordinated in advance with your dedicated venue coordinator

  • The Paxton is an A-1 place for a wedding reception or other large gathering. The vibe is charming, romantic and we love the art-deco styling from this 1920's Omaha classic former hotel. What is also fantastic is the 801 Chophouse and Ale House also co-located n for those guests or visitors who want a seriously top-of-the-line steakhouse and a local ale. The wedding planners (incl. Chad) and event staff (servers/bartenders) were most excellent to work with...every cost and detail was explained and very transparent. LOVE the PAXTON!
